At HomeToFit.co.uk, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. We ship with the following delivery services, Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx.

Shipping

  • UK Customers: Standard 24 Hr Tracked (1 Day) :  Only for customers based in the UK.

Royal Mail Cut Off Times

Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri - 9am Cut OFF

Sat - 11am Cut OFF

Sun - Closed

 

  • Ireland Customers: Standard Tracked (3 - 8 Days): All orders to Ireland are shipped and tracked. Please expect (3 - 8 Days) for item(s) to arrive.

 

  • International shipping: orders will be delivered within 6 - 12 business days after the order has been placed.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You will be able to see the shipping cost at checkout before you complete your order.

Customs:

Each customer is in charge of paying their countries import fees and taxes.

Damaged or Lost Orders:

If you receive a damaged product or your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@hometofit.co.uk immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and get a replacement product to you as soon as possible.

Proof of Delivery/Failed Delivery:

Please note that at HometoFit, we have a strict policy regarding items tracked as delivered with proof of a delivery image. In such cases, we do not offer refunds or replacements. However, if you encounter a rare situation where your item has been marked as delivered with a POD image, but you do not have the image, please reach out to our support team at support@hometofit.co.uk.

Please be aware that in such instances, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Our products are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked and for international orders use DHL, Evri & UPS. All domestic orders (UK) are delivered by Royal Mail. 

Safe Place: If you opt for a safe place for delivery, you are granting permission to Royal Mail to leave your product in the designated area.

What if I'm not in: If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your item to a nearby neighbour. If this is not possible, they will return the item to the delivery office.

In cases where the item cannot be placed through your letterbox, Royal Mail will leave a "something for you" card.

It is important to note that Royal Mail will never leave your item in a vulnerable or exposed area if you are not present or have not specified a safe place.

Tracking & Estimates:

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 24 hours after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order).
