- Fill a large tub with cold water and ice. The water should be as cold as you can tolerate, but generally no colder than 10°C (50°F).
- Slowly lower your body into the tub, starting with your feet and gradually working your way up to your waist or chest.
- Stay in the tub for 1-3 minutes, or as long as you can tolerate.
- When you are finished, carefully exit the tub and dry off with a towel.
- It is important to listen to your body and stop if you feel too cold or uncomfortable. You can also try starting with shorter immersion times and gradually increasing the length as your tolerance improves.
- It is also recommended to have a warm shower or bath afterwards to help warm up your body.

If I use it daily, how often should I change the water?
We recommend you change the water once a week.
I'm 6'3, will I fit?
Absolutely! Our recovery tub can fit people up to 6'7.
How much Ice and Water do I need to put in?
We recommend you fill with water up three quarters of the way. In terms of ice, two/three packs of ice should be sufficient. You should measure the temperature to see if you need more ice.
